The DAM™ (DYE Assault Matrix) was developed from the ground up to be the ultimate product for tactical players. DYE introduces the industry to a stunning tactical marker that has the performance of a high-end tournament marker and offers exactly the aesthetics and features that delight the tactical player on the field. The DAM™ can be switched from magazine to loader feed via a switch. The DAM™ is equipped as standard with a Picatinny rail system, a gas-thru frame and an integrated hyper regulator. The DAM™ delivers a perfect mix of performance and versatility and suits almost every playing style.

Eye Pipe

The 4th generation polycarbonate eyepipe protects the anti-chop eye system from dirt and broken paintballs, creating a self-cleaning system that ensures the eyes always control closure and ball release. The seamless pipe is cleaned by the bolt tip O-ring during each shot cycle.

Fire Selector

With the push of a button, the DAM can switch from semi-auto to three-round burst or full auto. You can even program very specific fire modes that fully suit your play style. All changes can be made with the weapon fully assembled, even in the middle of a game. A board look-out can be implemented to move around the tournament field or in areas with restricted shooting modes. Precision or volume, just a button away.

Trigger in competitive quality

Based on a custom design by Youngblood, the DAM's trigger incorporates a vertical rib structure and extra-wide face used by top competitive shooters. This design provides a consistent trigger feel even in the most adverse conditions with or without gloves. The fully adjustable spring tension adjustment complements this feel to perfection.

Removable and lockable feedneck

The DAM comes standard with a feedneck cover plate. This can replace the feedneck assembly and provides the operator with an uninterrupted upper Picatinny rail that is compatible with all common military optics. This reduces your profile and gives the DAM the most realistic look and feel. The DAM also comes with an adjustable cam lock feedneck that securely attaches to the weapon without the need for tools. DYE's cam lock feed neck sits low and tight to the marker, ensuring the loader stays unobtrusive with the rest of your gear.

Rotating Eye Pipe

The patent-pending internal design of the Eye Pipe houses several critical systems that ensure worry-free performance. The polycarbonate tube protects the self-cleaning anti-chop eye system from dirt and brittle paint, ensuring that the eyes always reliably monitor closure and ball drop. The seamless pipe is cleaned by the bolt tip o-ring on each cycle. The Eye Pipe system also eliminates misfeeds and double feeds. External eye plates or loose and corroded eye plate mounting screws are a thing of the past.

Inline Hyper Controller

The all new inline Hyper regulator is based on the proven Hyper regulator series and improves on it with both the easiest access and disassembly of any weapon DYE has made to date. The quick release screw allows any operator to access their regulator in a simplified assembly without the need for tools. Now all parts that require standard maintenance are accessible after two turns. With the speed adjustment accessible via the rear cap, we moved the regulator out of the way for that military look and operation.

Modular rail cover

The two interchangeable shroud sections and front cap allow the operator to reconfigure the DAM for any play style. With all shroud sections installed, the DAM features two standard Picatinny rails. All side and bottom rails are removable and interchangeable. Picatinny rails are standard on firearms and allow for the attachment of all standard lenses, grips, etc.

On-the-fly system

Be the most versatile player on the field with the all-new On-the-Fly system. Combined with the rotating Eyepipe gear, this system offers the DAM operator unprecedented loading options. By simply flicking the On-the-Fly switch, the operator can seamlessly switch from traditional hopper loading to magazine-fed loading and back again. Use shaped projectile rounds for precise hits and revert to regular paint when you need volume.

Mag Feed

The DAM is delivered magazine-feed-ready. The ambidextrous magazine release makes reloading child's play for both right- and left-handed users. This means you remain extremely inconspicuous even when reloading. All DYE magazines are shaped ready for projectiles and are waiting to fire every shot like a real firearm.

Quick Release Bolt System

The Quick Release Bolt System is a feature of the DAM. This magnetic quick release bolt is integrated with the knurled rear cap. This allows the rear cap to extend and gives you enough surface area to easily grab the bolt with your hand and unscrew it. This makes bolt maintenance easier than ever.
